Hey guys! Just a heads up with this Hotel. They don’t accept credit cards with chips on check ins. So if you have booked here by mistake and land there with your baggage and taxi. You won’t be able to check in. They weren’t able to check me and they don’t even accept cash. I was literally stranded there with my baggage. I booked this hotel through Hotwire. So called Hotwire for refund on this booking. The hotel didn’t make any notes that they were unable to check me in and refuse the refund. I was told a receptionist that you can get refund as they can’t help further. But manager called Brian - rather than helping, he is extremely rude and didn’t want to help me. I don’t get my money! They are thieves!!!!!! & Liar!!!! RIPPED OFF!!!!
